How to cite

Both papers are in preparation; the titles are working titles until submission.

ChemE-as-Code

The toolkit, the Viewer and the approach of keeping plant designs as code.

Process Atlas

The Atlas and its data, including the LCI database.

When you use data from the Atlas, also name the process library version. It is shown at the bottom of every Atlas page, and it lets others find exactly the data you used, since processes change as they are developed. For a single process, add its title as well.

The same paper is the citation for the LCI database: cite it and name the database version, which the download section shows. The paper is in preparation and has no DOI yet.

Schweidtmann, A. M. & Weber, J. M. (2026, in preparation). Process Atlas: an open, git-native, reproducible library and life cycle inventory of chemical processes (working title).
